1. Direct Sale to Consumers Only
Dondi Home has adopted a commercial policy of direct sales exclusively to the “final consumer,” defined as a natural person acting on Dondi Home for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity they may perform.
If you are not a final consumer, please refrain from using our services to make purchases on Dondi Home. SVAD DONDI S.p.A. reserves the right not to process purchase orders from individuals who are not final consumers, as well as orders that do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and these Terms and Conditions of Use.

SVAD DONDI S.p.A. declines all liability for damages caused by service inaccessibility or interruptions, corrupted files, errors, omissions, virus infections, deletion of content, network or provider issues, phone or online connection problems, unauthorized access, data alterations, or malfunctioning user equipment.

2. How to Purchase from the Dondi Home Website
To finalize a purchase contract for one or more products on Dondi Home, you must complete the electronic order form and submit it to the Seller via telecommunication, following the provided instructions.
The order form contains a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and a summary of key product details, prices (including all applicable taxes), accepted payment methods, delivery options, shipping costs, a reminder of your right of withdrawal, and instructions and timeframes for returning purchased products.
The contract is considered finalized once SVAD DONDI S.p.A. receives your order form and, after verifying its correctness, sends you the Order Acceptance Confirmation. Before proceeding with the purchase, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Withdrawal Policy, to print a copy, and to save or reproduce it for personal use.
Your order form will be stored in our database for the time necessary to process orders and within the time limits set by law. You may access your order form by visiting the “My Order” section. Before submitting your order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.
The language available for concluding the contract with SVAD DONDI S.p.A. is Italian. Once the contract is finalized, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will begin processing your purchase order.
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. may choose not to process purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or are incomplete, incorrect, or placed for unavailable products. In these cases, you will be notified via email that the contract has not been finalized and SVAD DONDI S.p.A. has not fulfilled your purchase order, along with the reasons for refusal. If products displayed on Dondi Home are no longer available at the time of your last visit or the submission of your order form, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will notify you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following your order submission. If your payment was received, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will refund the amount paid.
By submitting your order form, you unconditionally agree to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with any of its terms, please do not submit your order form.
By submitting the order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information available on Dondi Home, including via hyperlinks: Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and Withdrawal Policy.
Once the contract is finalized, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will send you an email confirming the receipt of your purchase order, including a summary of the information contained in your order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Withdrawal Policy, product details, payment methods, and delivery costs).
3. Privacy Policy
