The offering and sale of products on our website Dondi Home are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Offer Directed Exclusively to Consumers
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. sells through the Dondi Home website exclusively to end users who qualify as “consumers.” By “consumer,” we mean any natural person acting on Dondi Home for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activities.
If you are not a “consumer,” we kindly ask that you refrain from making commercial transactions via Dondi Home. SVAD DONDI S.p.A. reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than “consumers,” or any order inconsistent with its commercial policy.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders on Dondi Home between users and SVAD DONDI S.p.A. They do not govern the provision of services or sale of products by parties other than SVAD DONDI S.p.A., which may appear on Dondi Home through links, banners, or other hypertext connections. Before placing orders or purchasing products/services from third parties, you are advised to review their specific sales terms, as SVAD DONDI S.p.A. is not responsible for transactions with such external parties.
2. How to Purchase on Dondi Home
To finalize a purchase contract for one or more Dondi Home products, you must complete and electronically submit the order form to the Seller by following the instructions provided.
The order form includes:
- A reference to these Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Key product features and pricing (including applicable taxes)
- Available payment methods
- Delivery methods and related shipping charges
- Information on your right of withdrawal
- Procedures and timeframes for product returns
The contract is concluded once SVAD DONDI S.p.A. receives your order electronically, verifies its accuracy, and sends a Confirmation of Order. Before submitting your order, you will be asked to carefully review these Conditions and the Withdrawal Information, print or save a copy for personal use.
Your order form will be stored in our database for the time required to process your purchase and in accordance with legal limits. You can access your order at any time by visiting the My Orders section. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify and correct any data entry errors before submitting.
The contract language available with SVAD DONDI S.p.A. is Italian. Once your order is confirmed, the contract is considered finalized and SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will proceed with fulfillment.
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. may reject purchase orders that do not guarantee sufficient solvency, are incomplete, incorrect, or involve unavailable products. You will be informed by email in such cases, along with the reason for refusal.
If products presented on Dondi Home are no longer available at the time of your last visit or upon submitting the order form, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will notify you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day after submission. If payment has been made, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will refund the amount paid.
By submitting the order form, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them in relations with SVAD DONDI S.p.A. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your order.
Submitting the form confirms you have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, along with all other information available on Dondi Home, including the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Withdrawal Policy.
Following acceptance of your order, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will email you a Purchase Receipt with a summary of all order details.
3. Product Guarantees and Pricing
Dondi Home offers only top-quality products for sale. SVAD DONDI S.p.A. does not sell used, irregular, or lower-quality items. Essential product features are detailed in each product listing.
Note that images and colors of products displayed on Dondi Home may differ from actual items due to browser or screen variations. Prices may be subject to updates. Please confirm the final sales price before submitting your order.
Purchase requests from countries not listed in the splash page cannot be accepted by SVAD DONDI S.p.A.
All products are shipped with original packaging. Please do not discard this packaging, as it is considered an integral part of the product. In cases of withdrawal, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. may refuse returns for items missing original packaging, those altered in quality or condition, or items damaged.
4. Payment
You may pay for the products and shipping charges using one of the methods listed in the order form.
For credit card payments, financial data (e.g., card number or expiration date) is securely transmitted via encrypted protocol to Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna, Viadana branch, which handles remote payment services. These details will not be accessible to any third parties.
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will use this information solely to process your purchase and issue refunds in case of returns or withdrawal, or if fraud detection becomes necessary and must be reported to the authorities.
The product price and shipping costs, as listed in the order form, will be charged to your account.

7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with SVAD DONDI S.p.A. without penalty and without specifying a reason, within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt of the products purchased from the Dondi Home website. In such a case, you must return the products to SVAD DONDI S.p.A. by handing them over to the courier within fourteen (14) business days from the date you received them. Return shipping costs are at your expense and correspond to the original shipping charges.
The right of withdrawal will be considered correctly exercised if all the following conditions are met:
- Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Returned products must be sent to SVAD DONDI S.p.A. in a single shipment. SVAD DONDI S.p.A. reserves the right not to accept items from the same order that are returned and shipped separately
- Products must be handed over to the courier within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the methods and terms stated in this section 7, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will refund the amounts already paid for the purchase of the products, net of shipping costs. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date SVAD DONDI S.p.A. became aware of your decision to withdraw. Reimbursement procedures will be initiated once compliance with the above conditions has been verified, as explained in section 8.
If you fail to comply with the methods and terms required to exercise your right of withdrawal, as specified above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to SVAD DONDI S.p.A. However, you may request to have the products returned to you at your own expense and in the condition they were received by SVAD DONDI S.p.A. Otherwise, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. reserves the right to retain both the products and the corresponding purchase amounts.
8. Refund Timeframes and Methods
Once the products have been returned, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will verify their conformity with the terms and conditions set out in section 7. If the inspection is successful, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will send you confirmation of acceptance via email.
Regardless of the payment method used, the refund will be initiated by SVAD DONDI S.p.A. as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date SVAD DONDI S.p.A. became aware of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, subject to verification of proper execution and acceptance of the returned products.
If the order form indicated a product recipient different from the person who made the payment, the refund will still be issued to the individual who paid for the purchase.
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. designates DHL courier for product returns.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, specifically Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), with particular reference to distance contracts, and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 concerning certain aspects of e-commerce.
In the event of disputes between SVAD DONDI S.p.A. and any end user, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent consumer court.
11. Amendments and Updates
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time in response to regulatory changes. New terms will become effective upon publication on the website.
