Right of Withdrawal
Dondi Home’s aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, without penalty, within fourteen (14) business days from the day you received the products purchased from Dondi Home. Returned products must be handed over to the courier within 14 business days from their date of receipt. Returns can be made by shipping the package using the courier designated by Dondi Home (DHL).
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is considered properly exercised when all the following conditions are met:
- Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
- Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- Returned products must be sent to Dondi Home in a single shipment. Dondi Home reserves the right not to accept products from the same order that are returned and shipped separately;
- Returned products must be handed over to the courier within fourteen (14) business days from the date you received them.
If all required conditions are met, Dondi Home will refund the full price of the purchased products. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products, which are equal to the original shipping charges.
If your return cannot be accepted due to non-compliance with the conditions listed above, you will be contacted. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products shipped back to you at your own expense. If you refuse this shipment, Dondi Home reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount paid for their purchase.
Refund Terms and Methods
Once Dondi Home has received your return and verified that all conditions have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance. Regardless of your payment method (credit card, PayPal, Scalapay, or cash on delivery), the refund will be issued by Dondi Home as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date they acknowledge the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once compliance with the conditions has been verified.
The actual time required for your refund to be credited depends on the payment method used:
- Credit or debit card: The time required to view the refund depends on the card issuer. Please note that the value date of the refund will match the charge date, so you will not incur any loss in terms of bank interest.
- PayPal: The refund will be issued to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual credit to your card from your PayPal account depends on your card issuer.
- Scalapay: If a refund to your card is due, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account (timing may vary by bank). For more information, please refer to Scalapay’s policy.
The refunded amount will be credited once your return is accepted by the Seller.
Original Packaging
All products sold by Dondi Home include original packaging, which is an integral part of the product. Please do not discard or damage the original packaging, as this may prevent acceptance of your return.
Corriere DHL
Returns will be shipped via the DHL courier, which will be contacted by Dondi Home after receiving your return request email and confirming that it has been processed. Please note that return shipping costs, as specified above, will be deducted from the refund of the items to be returned.
